Cookies 'n' Cream Brownies

1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 rsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
12 cream-filled sandwich cookies (Oreos), crushed

In a small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, one egg, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Set aside.

In separate bowl, combine melted butter, sugars, cocoa, and eggs. Add flour and baking powder. Stir in vanilla and crushed cookies.

Spread cocoa mixture into greased 11" x 7" x 2" pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture on top and swirl together with a knife.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until tests done with toothpick (toothpick inserted near center comes out with moist crumbs.) Cool completely before cutting into squares.
