Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin
2 pork tenderloins
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon soy sauce
dash of garlic powderPlace tenderloins in a glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover with foil or lid and roast at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and cook for 1/2 hour more or until a meat thermometer registers 170 degrees.
Slice across the grain into medallions.
