Apple Chicken

1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned (2 lb.)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup apple juice
2 Tbl. lemon juice
1 Tbl. honey
1 (20-oz.) can sliced apples

Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag; shake to mix.  Place chicken in bag, two pieces at a time, shake well.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat;  add chicken and cook five to eight minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Combine apple juice, lemon juice, and honey; mix well and pour over chicken.  Turn chicken to coat; add sliced apples with liquid from can.  Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.  Transfer chicken and apples to serving platter; drizzle pan drippings over top.
