Baked Potato Wedges
3 to 4 medium potatoes
2 to 3 Tbls. melted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. crushed dried parsley
salt and pepper to tasteScrub potatoes. Without peeling, cut each into quarters lengthwise. Arrange skin side down in a shallow baking pan.
Stir together butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over cut surfaces of potato wedges.
Bake at 400 degrees for about one hour or until golden brown and tender.
