Barbecued Ribs

10 lb. pork ribs
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbl. prepared mustard
1/2 cup diced onion
2 Tbl. butter, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup steak sauce
2 Tbl. vinegar
2 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbl. chili powder

Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place in a large Dutch oven.  Cover ribs with water.  Bring water to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.  Drain well.

Sprinkle ribs with garlic salt and pepper, and baste with mustard.  Sauté diced onion in butter in a saucepan; add remaining ingredients, and simmer mixture five minutes.

Grill ribs, 5" from heat, 25 to 30 minutes, or until done, turning frequently.  Brush ribs with sauce during last five to eight minutes.  Serve with remaining sauce.
