Basic Fruit Salad Dressing

2 Tbls. fresh lemon or lime juice
2 Tbls. sugar or honey
dash salt
1 cup sour cream

Blend juice, sugar or honey, and salt.  Gradually blend in sour cream.  Refrigerate several hour to blend flavors.

Serve over mixed fruit: canned pineapple chunks, apricots, mandarin orange segments, pears, peaches, grapes, apples, bananas, and berries.

Makes 1 1/4 cups.
