Beer Cheese

2 pounds of Ole Tavern Cheese or other soft sharp cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Louisiana Hot Sauce (not Tabasco)
3 to 6 tablespoons beer, boiled

Blend together and allow to sit overnight for best results.
