Breakfast Casserole

4 potatoes
1/2 pound sausage
1/2 dozen eggs

1 onion
grated cheese
 
Peel and cube potatoes.  Put in skillet.  Dice up onion and cook with the potatoes.  In another skillet, brown sausage.  Drain and put in skillet with the potatoes.

Whip eggs.  Pour in with the sausage/potato mixture.  Add some cheese.  Let it continue to cook.  When the eggs are just about done, put more cheese on top.  Put the lid on the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted.
