Camp Burgers

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
4 16" squares of aluminum foil
4 carrots, sliced
1 (16 oz) can sliced white potatoes
Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Make four hamburger patties and place each on one square of foil.  Top each patty with equal portions of carrots and potatoes.  Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper if desired.

Seal foil and make sure there are no leaks or tears.  Place on hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes per side.

Makes 4 servings.
