Divine Carrot Casserole

4 cups sliced, boiled carrots (cook until tender but still firm)
1 1/2 cups plain croutons
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Mix carrots, croutons, and cheese in a 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole dish.  Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrots.

Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serves 8.
