Chili

4 lb. ground beef
2 large onions, diced
4 tsp. chili powder
crushed dried red pepper flakes to taste
2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. paprika
3 tsp. garlic powder
2 cans (one 15 oz. and one 29 oz.)
3 Tbls. four
2 Tbl. vinegar

In a large Dutch oven, brown beef with onions until the beef is brown and the onions are tender; drain.  Stir in spices and tomato sauce.  Sinner, uncovered, for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.  Combine flour and vinegar; stir into chili.  Simmer another 15 minutes or until thickened.
