Chocolate Fondue

12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbls. butter
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler.  Add sugar and butter.  Slowly stir in cream and vanilla.  Heat 3 minutes.

Serve with fresh fruit (orange segments, banana slices, strawberries, apple slices), pound cake, angel food cake, and marshmallows.
