Creamy Coleslaw

4 cups cabbage, shredded
1/2 cups carrots, shredded
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbls. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seeds

Mix cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage, mix well.

Chill.
