2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
4 cups cooked white rice
2 green onions, finely chopped
Combine onion powder, sugar, thyme, salt, allspice, red pepper, and nutmeg in small bowl; mix well. Rub pork chops on both sides with spice mixture.
Spray nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook pork chops about 5 minutes per side or until done.
Serve pork chops over rice; sprinkle with green onions.
Serves 4.
