Marinated Broccoli

1 (1 lb.) bunch broccoli
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbl. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped

Trim off large leaves of broccoli.  Remove ends of lower stalks and wash broccoli; cut into spears. Place in a saucepan with a small amount of boiling water.  Cook uncovered for 15 minutes.  Drain well; place in shallow dish.

Combine remaining ingredients except eggs.  Mix well.  Pour over broccoli, cover and refrigerate eight hours or overnight.  Sprinkle broccoli with chopped eggs just before serving.
