1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson Oil
1/2 c. light molasses
2 eggs
4 c. flour
4 t. baking soda
2 t. ground cinnamon
1 t. salt
sugarPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine sugar, oil, molasses and eggs; beat well.
Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt into oil mixture; mix well. Cover and refrigerate dough at least 30 minutes.
Form into 1-inch balls, roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cookies cool slightly before removing from pans. Cool on racks. Store cookies in an airtight container.
