Dutch Meatloaf
Even picky eaters love this recipe.

Meatloaf:
         
1/2 c. chopped onion            
            1 egg, beaten                   
            1 1/2 lb. ground beef           
            1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

             1 1/2 tsp. salt
             1/4 tsp. pepper
             1 tsp. dry mustard
             1/2 c. tomato sauce
 
Sauce:
           
2 Tbl. vinegar                  
            2 tsp. dry mustard              
            1/2 c. tomato sauce

             2 Tbl. brown sugar
             1/2 c. water

Combine meatloaf ingredients and mix lightly but thoroughly with a fork.  Pack lightly in a loaf pan.  Mix together sauce ingredients and pur over the meatloaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.  Slice and serve.

Serves 6.
