Mexican Rice


16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
3 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine tomato sauce, water and chili powder in a medium sized saucepan.  Bring to a full boil.  Stir in rice.  Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.  Sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese.

Serves 4.
