Mustard Sauce

2 Tbl. dry mustard        
4 Tbl. cold water         
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. brown sugar

In a small bowl, combine mustard and half of the water.  Stir to make a smooth paste.  Stir in vinegar, salt, brown sugar, and in a thin stream, the water.
