Easy Pudding Cookies

1 package instant pudding mix
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg

Stir all ingredients together, mixing well. Form into small balls (1"). Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, mash down with a fork.

Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
