Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake
Cake:
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix (Duncan Hines)
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1/2 c. oilChocolate Glaze:
1 pkg. (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbl. butter
White Chocolate Glaze:
3 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 Tbl. vegetable shorteningPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan.
Combine cake mix, eggs, eater, and oil in a large bowl. beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pout into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate, cool completely.
Combine chocolate chips and butter in a small heavy saucepan. Heat on low heat until chips are melted. Stir constantly until shiny and smooth. Spread hot glaze over cooled cake.
Combine white chocolate and shortening in another small saucepan. Heat on low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Drizzle hot glaze over top and sides of cake.
Serves 12 - 16.
